摘  要:开展制导武器半实物仿真试验时应保证仿真环境与真实作战环境的一致性,消除各种误差对仿真系统带来的影响。针对导引头安装在五轴转台过程中产生的位置误差影响半实物仿真可信度的问题,提出了一种导引头跟随试验方法进行误差辨识,利用试验结果建立了误差参数超定线性方程组,基于最小二乘法原则采用加权修正法和变尺度法实现了误差标定和误差校正,通过校正前后的试验对比结果验证了校正算法有效性。结果表明,校正算法满足半实物仿真要求,提高了半实物仿真可信度。During the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test of guidance weapon,the consistency between simulation environment and real combat environment should be ensured,and the influence of various errors on simulation system should be eliminated.Aiming at the problem that the position error produced during the installation of the seeker in the five axis turntable affects the reliability of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation,a seeker following test method is proposed to identify the error.The linear over determined equations of the error parameters are established by using the test results.Based on the principle of the least square method,the error calibration and error correction are realized by using the weighted correction method and the variable metric method.The experimental results before and after the correction verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.The results show that the correction algorithm meets the requirements of hardware-in-theloop simulation,and improves the reliability of hardware-in-the-loop simulation.
