俄军对乌克兰“特别军事行动”第一阶段作战得失分析

摘　　要：俄军对乌东地区实施先发制人的大规模跨境进攻作战,拉开了俄乌冲突的序幕。通过对俄乌两军战场态势、作战企图、战法、作战部署、力量运用以及作战目的实现程度进行分析,研究了俄军第一阶段作战取得的战果形式,总结了俄军作战的特点及经验。归纳出俄军作战主要问题是:先机未能制胜,闪击未能速胜,首战未能决胜。重点总结了俄军战役作战的八个教训,反映了俄军第一阶段作战取得“中胜”背后的原因。The largeiscale pre-emptive cross-border offensive operation carried out by the Russian army against Ukraine has announced the prelude of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine Through the exploration of the batulefield situation,operation allempl,operation method,operation deploymenl,force applicalion and the realizalion degree of operalion purpose of the Russian and Ukrainian armies,the forms of the results obtained in the first slage of operation of the Russian army are researched,and the characteristics andexperience of the Russian army's operation aresummarized.Themain problemsof the Russian military operation are generalized as follows:failed to defeat the enemy with first wave of strike,failed to operate a successful Blitzkrieg,and failed lo win a decisive viclory.The eight lessons of the Russian military operation are summarized reflecting the reasons behind the"moderate viclory"in the first stageof the Russian military operation.
