摘 要:随着“双碳”政策的颁布,传统的注塑机传动系统越来越注重提高驱动电机的能效,永磁电机由于其高效、高功率密度的特性,在注塑机驱动电机中具有明显的应用优势。针对注塑机驱动系统的需求,从永磁伺服电机的设计理论出发,设计了一款额定功率7 kW的注塑机用永磁伺服电机;在此基础上,建立了电机的二维有限元分析模型,分析了电机的空载反电势、齿槽转矩、负载转矩等关键电磁性能参数;通过对电机的齿槽转矩和转矩脉动进行优化分析,结果表明:在不影响输出能力的前提下,优化后的电机具有更低的齿槽转矩和转矩脉动,更适合在注塑机驱动系统中应用。With the promulgation of“dual carbon policy”,the traditional drive system of injection molding machine pays more and more attention to improving the energy efficiency of the drive motor,and the permanent magnet motor has obvious advantages in the application of the drive motor of injection molding machine because of its high efficiency and high power density.A permanent magnet servo motor(PMSM)for injection molding machine with the rated power of 7 kW is designed based on the theory of permanent magnet servo motor in this paper to meet the needs of the drive system of the motor.At first,the 2D finite element analysis(FEA)model of the motor is established.And then,the key electromagnetic performance are obtained,including no-load back-electromotive force,cogging torque and load torque.Finally,the cogging torque and torque ripple of the motor are optimized and analyzed.The results show that the optimized motor has lower cogging torque and torque ripple while not affecting the output capacity,which is more suitable for the application in the drive system of the injection molding machine.
