摘 要:在以往的供热工程项目中,室外烟气管道具有荷载轻、受力点位置高、分布密集的特点。钢柱截面大小由长细比控制,受压状态下应力比较低,不能高效发挥钢结构的强度,且密集分布的烟管支架会对厂区的地面交通和整体空间有较大影响。本文介绍了北京某供热厂的烟管支架的设计实例,该项目采用了大跨度钢结构架空支架结合格构式钢柱的方案,针对以上问题提供了一种新的解决思路,实现了钢结构轻量化设计和地面空间的优化。In the past heat supply projects,the outdoor flue gas pipes have the characteristics of light load,high stress point location and dense distribution.The section size of the steel column is controlled by the slenderness ratio,and the stress is relatively low under compression,so the strength of the steel structure cannot be exerted efficiently,and the densely distributed smoke pipe supports has a great impact on the ground traffic and overall space of the plant.This paper introduces the design example of the smoke pipe support of a heating plant in Beijing.The project adopts the scheme of large-span steel structure overhead support combined with lattice steel columns,provides a new solution to the above problems,and achieves the optimization of structural lightweight design and ground space.
