探讨水库放水塔重建施工主要的注意问题

摘　　要：水库的放水塔是连通水库上游库区及下游灌溉渠道的水工建筑物,主要的作用是服务于农业灌溉,兼顾水库防汛安全。当水库需要进行加固或其他工程施工时,放水塔可以持续放水,使水库在低库容甚至死水位以下运行,为施工提供足够的便利。本文结合广州市花都区某中型水库达标加固工程中的放水塔重建施工实例,探讨施工中主要的主要问题。The water discharge tower of the reservoir is a hydraulic structure connecting the upstream reservoir area and the downstream irrigation channel of the reservoir.It is intended to serve agricultural irrigation and flood control safety of the reservoir simultaneously.When the reservoir needs to be reinforced or other engineering construction,the water discharge tower can continuously discharge water so that the reservoir can operate at a low storage capacity or even below the dead water level,providing sufficient convenience for construction.This paper discusses the main problems in the construction based on the construction example of the reconstruction of the water discharge tower in the standard reinforcement project of a medium-sized reservoir in Huadu District of Guangzhou City.
