浅析建筑加固中建筑物纠偏和移位施工技术

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展,建筑业经历了高速发展的三十年,在建筑加固项目中,有很多是建筑地基灾害导致的建筑物发生倾斜,严重影响建筑正常使用,因此需要对发生倾斜的建筑物进行纠偏处理,同时地基土要进行加固处理。还有些项目由于所在位置影响其他建筑或道路施工,需要移位,这时就用到建筑物移位技术。建筑纠偏和移位施工有一些相似之处:都需要将建筑物顶起,施工难度大。本文通过分析建筑纠偏和移位的适用范围、设计方案、施工工艺、机械设备等几个方面,来介绍建筑纠偏和移位的相关知识,希望对类似工程有所借鉴。With the economic development of China,the construction industry has experienced the rapid development over thirty years,in the building reinforcement project,there are many buildings tilt caused by the disaster of the building foundation,which seriously affect the normal use of the building,so it is necessary to rectify the tilt of the building,at the same time the foundation soil should be strengthened.Due to the location affecting other buildings or road construction,some projects need to move,then the building displacement technology is used.Building deviation correction and displacement construction have some similarities:both can lift the building and their construction is difficult.This paper introduces the relevant knowledge of building deviation correction and displacement by analyzing the scope of application,design scheme,construction technology,machinery equipment of building deviation correction and displacement,expecting to provide reference for similar projects.
