摘  要:目的:比较不同制作工艺的钛及钛合金义齿支架的内部缺陷,评估不同工艺制作的支架内部质量,分析缺陷形成原因,为临床修复牙列缺损、缺失时支架的选择提供依据。方法:选取选择性激光熔融(SLM)钛合金支架可摘局部义齿、铸造纯钛支架可摘局部义齿、计算机辅助铣削(CNC)纯钛支架可摘局部义齿、CNC钛合金支架可摘局部义齿各10个,采用X射线探伤检查支架内部质量,评价其内部情况。结果:SLM钛合金支架、切削钛合金支架和切削纯钛支架内部结构均较为均匀,未发现气孔、砂眼、裂缝等缺陷。铸造纯钛支架不合格率为50%,5个铸造纯钛支架内部出现3~9个不同大小的气孔。SLM工艺和切削工艺制作的支架无统计学差异,铸造工艺与其他两种工艺的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SLM和CNC铣削工艺制作的钛及钛合金支架内部结构良好,无气孔、缩孔、裂缝等缺陷,优于纯钛铸造支架。Objective:To compare the internal quality of titanium and titanium alloy denture framework,evaluate the internal quality of denture framework made by different processes,and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of denture framework in the clinical restoration.Methods:Selected 10 titanium alloy removable partial dentures(RPD)fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM)technology,10 casted pure titanium RPD frameworks,10 computer numerical control(CNC)pure titanium RPD frameworks,10 CNC titanium alloy RPD frameworks,and examined the internal quality by X-ray flaw detection to evaluate their internal conditions.Results:The internal structure of SLM titanium alloy frameworks,CNC titanium alloy frameworks and CNC pure titanium frameworks were relatively uniform,and there were no pores,abscess,cracks and other internal defects.The unqualified rate of casted pure titanium frameworks was 50%,and there were 1-9 pores of different sizes in 5 casted pure titanium frameworks.There were no differences between SLM and CNC technology,while there were significant differences between casting technology and other technology(P<0.05).Conclusion:The internal qualities of titanium and titanium alloy frameworks fabricated by SLM and CNC technique were better than casted pure titanium frameworks.
