摘 要:目的:探究全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合尿干化学分析法在尿沉渣检测中应用价值。方法:对100例疑似尿路感染患者进行统计分析,所有患者均采用不同方法进行尿沉渣检测,分析诊断效果。结果:尿干化学分析方法中红细胞、白细胞阳性检出率分别为81.00%、80.00%,全自动尿沉渣分析法分别为79.00%、83.00%,联合检测阳性检出率分别为96.00%、95.00%,提示联合检测方法阳性检出率更高,且联合检测方法误诊及漏诊率更低,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用全自动尿沉渣分析仪联合尿干化学分析法对尿沉渣实施检测,较单一检测方法优势显著,临床应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the application value of automatic urinary sediment analyzer combined with urinary dry chemical analysis in the detection of urinary sediment.Methods:500 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were statistically analyzed.All patients were tested for urinary sediment by different methods to analyze the diagnostic effect.Results:The positive detection rates of red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine dry chemical analysis method were 81.00%and 80.00%,respectively,the automatic urine sediment analysis method was 79.00%and 83.00%,respectively,and the positive detection rates of combined detection were 96.00%and 95.00%,respectively,indicating that the combined detection method has a higher positive detection rate,and the combined detection method has a lower rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,with significant data differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic urine sediment analyzer combined with urine dry chemical analysis has significant advantages over single detection method,and the clinical application effect is remarkable.
