摘　　要：宫腔镜冷刀手术作为既往宫腔镜技术的拓展,目前已被大量运用于临床治疗中。文章通过分析宫腔镜的诊断方法及其有关冷刀技术治疗宫内良性疾病的应用进展,简述宫腔镜冷刀技术在预防相关并发症的优点以及存在的临床使用局限性。在应用宫腔镜冷刀技术治疗过程中,医师应依据患者的具体病情制定个性化治疗措施,全方面选择适宜的治疗方法,以此提高疗效。Hysteroscopic cold knife surgery,as an extension of the previous hysteroscopic technology,has been widely used in clinical treatment.This study analyzed the diagnostic methods of hysteroscopy and the application progress of cold knife technology in the treatment of benign intrauterine diseases.At the same time,it briefly described the advantages of hysteroscope cold knife technology in preventing related complications and the existing limitations of clinical use.In the process of applying hysteroscope cold knife technology,the doctor will formulate personalized treatment measures according to the patient’s specific condition,and choose the appropriate treatment method in all aspects to improve the curative effect.
