摘 要:目的:探究多层螺旋CT重建技术在胸骨及肋软骨骨折中的应用及准确性。方法:选取2018年1月~2021年6月本院收治的72例胸骨及肋软骨骨折患者,其全部均由手术证实,同时均接受普通CT和多层螺旋CT重建技术检查。对比不同检测方式的诊断准确性,不同类型骨折的检出情况及其敏感性和特异性。结果:与手术证实比,多层螺旋CT重建技术的检查准确率无明显变化(P>0.05),与手术证实比,普通CT的检查准确率更低(P<0.05);与普通CT比,多层螺旋CT重建技术的检出率更高(P<0.05);与普通CT比,多层螺旋CT重建技术的骨折类型检出率更高(P<0.05);与手术证实比,多层螺旋CT重建技术对不同骨折程度的检出率无明显变化(P>0.05),与手术证实比,普通CT对不同骨折程度的检出率更低(P<0.05);与普通CT比,多层螺旋CT重建技术的敏感性、特异性更高(P<0.05)。结论:利用多层螺旋CT重建技术可以提高胸骨及肋软骨骨折患者的临床诊断准确性,可以清晰显示出不同骨折类型、部位等具体情况,进而为随后综合诊断和制定治疗方案提供重要的参考依据。Objective:To explore the application and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction in sternum and costal cartilage fractures.Methods:A total of 72 patients with sternum and costal cartilage fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected,all of which were confirmed by surgery,and were detected ordinary CT and multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction techniques.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of different types of fractures were compared.Results:Compared with surgical confirmation,there was no significant change in the accuracy of MSCT reconstruction(P>0.05).Compared with surgical confirmation,the detection rate of sternum fracture and costal cartilage fracture was higher by conventional CT and MSCT(P<0.05),and higher by MSCT than conventional CT(P<0.05).And MSCT reconstruction had a higher detection rate of fracture types than conventional CT reconstruction(P<0.05).Compared with surgical confirmation,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of different fracture degrees by multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction(P>0.05),compared with the sensitivity and specificity of conventional CT and MSCT reconstruction were higher(P<0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity of MSCT reconstruction were higher than that of conventional CT reconstruction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction can improve the clinical diagnostic accuracy of patients with sternal and costal cartilage fractures,and can clearly display the specific conditions of different fracture types and locations,thus providing important reference for subsequent comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plan.
