摘 要:目的:分析在诊断脑梗死的过程中经颅多普勒超声与颈部血管超声的临床应用效果。方法:纳入2019年12月~2020年12月本院收治的疑似脑梗死患者115例为观察对象,所有患者均接受经颅多普勒超声与颈部血管超声诊断,并以临床确诊结果作为标准。结果:颈部血管超声的准确度、敏感度和特异性与经颅多普勒超声相比均明显较高,P<0.05。不同位置梗死的诊断准确率经颅多普勒超声显著高于颈部血管超声,P<0.05。与经颅多普勒超声相比,颈部血管超声对血流流速加快的诊断率明显更高,P<0.05。结论:脑梗死诊断中颈部血管超声诊断获得了相对理想的效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography and cervical vascular ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 115 patients with suspected cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were included as observation objects.All patients received transcranial Doppler ultrasound and cervical vascular ultrasound diagnosis,and the clinical diagnosis results were taken as the standard.Results:Compared with transcranial Doppler ultrasound,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of cervical vascular ultrasound were significantly higher(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of infarction at different locations was significantly higher by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography than by cervical vascular ultrasonography(P<0.05).Compared with transcranial Doppler ultrasonography,cervical vascular ultrasonography had a significantly higher diagnostic rate of accelerated blood flow velocity(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cerebral infarction,cervical vascular ultrasound has achieved relatively ideal results.
