摘　　要：目的:分析牵引床在股骨粗隆部骨折PFNA内固定术中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月本院收治的86例股骨粗隆部骨折患者作为研究对象,基于骨折复位方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用中医正骨手法进行骨折复位,观察组采用牵引床复位。观察两组患者术后1年髋关节功能Harris评分、术后感染发生率、骨折复位优良率和骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组术后髋关节功能Harris评分显著高于对照组,同时观察组骨折复位优良率和骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牵引床在股骨粗隆部骨折PFNA内固定术中有助于改善治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the application effect of traction bed in PFNA internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:86 cases of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group based on different fracture reduction methods.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone setting manipulation for fracture reduction,and the study group was treated with traction bed reduction.The Harris score of hip joint function,incidence of postoperative infection,excellent and good rate of fracture reduction and fracture healing time were observed in the two groups at 1 year after operation.Results:The Harris score of hip joint function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of fracture reduction and fracture healing time in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traction bed is helpful to improve the treatment effect in the internal fixation of femoral trochanter fracture with PFNA.
