摘 要:目的:分析全自动尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析法和显微镜镜检分别检测尿红细胞结果。方法:选取2018年6月~2020年8月的100例患者进行分析,采集患者尿液样本100份进行尿红细胞检测,分别使用全自动尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析法和显微镜镜进行检测,对比三种方式下的检查结果。结果:尿沉渣分析法阳性检出率是42%(42例),尿干化学分析法与显微镜镜检的尿红细胞检出率均是20%(20例),尿沉渣分析法检出率最高,P<0.05,χ^(2)=11.9013;尿干化学分析法仪器消耗成本为2.56元/次,试剂与耗材成本是2.09元/次,人力成本是0.29元/次,总成本是4.94元/次,为三者最低。检验成本满意度于尿干化学分析法比尿沉渣和显微镜镜检高(98.00%,87.00%,89.00%)(P<0.05),χ^(2)=8.7207、6.6639。检查准确率满意度于尿沉渣分析法(96.00%)比尿干化学分析(88.00%)和显微镜镜检(85.00%)高,P<0.05,χ^(2)=4.3478、7.0369。结论:全自动尿沉渣分析仪与尿干化学分析法和显微镜镜检检测尿红细胞各有优劣,其中尿沉渣分析法检出率较高,但尿干化学分析法成本较低,临床中应依据实际情况合理选择。Objective:To analyze the results of urine red blood cell detection by automatic urine sediment analyzer,urine dry chemical analysis method and microscope examination.Methods:The article selected 100 patients from June 2018 to August 2020 for analysis,and collected 100 urine samples from the patients for urine red blood cell testing.The automatic urine sediment analyzer,urine dry chemical analysis method and microscope were used respectively Mirror for inspection and compare the inspection results under the three methods.Results:The positive detection rate of urine sediment analysis method was 42%(42 cases).The detection rate of urine red blood cells by urine dry chemical analysis method and microscopic examination was 20%(20 cases).The detection rate of urine sediment analysis method was the highest,P<0.05,χ^(2)=11.9013;The cost of urine dry chemical analysis instrument is 2.56 yuan/time,the cost of reagents and consumables is 2.09 yuan/time,the labor cost is 0.29 yuan/time,4.94 yuan/time,which is the lowest of the three.The test cost satisfaction rate was higher in urine dry chemical analysis(98.00)%than urine sediment(87.00%)and microscopic examination(89.00%),P<0.05,χ^(2)=8.7207,6.6639.The satisfaction rate of inspection accuracy is higher than that of urine sediment analysis(96.00%)than urine dry chemical analysis(88.00%)and microscopy(85.00%),P<0.05,χ^(2)=4.3478,7.0369.Conclusion:The automatic urine sediment analyzer,the urine dry chemical analysis method and the microscopic examination of urine red blood cells have their own advantages and disadvantages.The urine sediment analysis method has a higher detection rate,but the urine dry chemical analysis method has a lower cost.It should be reasonably selected according to the actual situation in clinical practice.
