摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔手机清洗消毒质量的影响因素。方法:选取2020年6月~2021年5月本院牙科口腔手机275件,并对清洗过程进行调查分析。对口腔手机清洗质量进行检测,根据检测结果将入组的275件口腔手机分为合格组和不合格组。采用Logistic回归分析口腔手机清洗不合格的影响因素。结果:在调查的275件口腔手机中,有51件清洗不合格,不合格率为18.5%。单因素分析结果显示,口腔手机清洗不合格与清洗方式、按照操作程序清洗、清洗过程使用酶、等待清洗时间、预处理、终末漂洗用水种类、清洗人员知识有关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,全自动清洗、未按照操作程序清洗、清洗过程没有使用酶、等待清洗时间超过30min、预处理不规范是导致口腔手机清洗不合格的独立危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:影响口腔手机清洗消毒质量的因素较多,应当加强监管制度,确保清洗操作的规范化,提高清洗质量。Objective:To explore the factors affecting the quality of mechanical cleaning and disinfection of dental handpieces.Methods:275 pieces of dental handpieces from June 2020 to may 2021 were selected,and the cleaning process was investigated and analyzed.The cleaning quality of oral handpieces was tested.According to the test results,275 oral handpieces were divided into qualified group and unqualified group.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of unqualified dental handpieces cleaning.Results:In the 275 dental handpieces,51 pieces of dental handpieces were unqualified in cleaning,and the unqualified rate was 18.5%.The results of univariate analysis showed that the unqualified mechanical cleaning of dental handpieces was related to cleaning methods,cleaning according to operating procedures,using enzymes in cleaning process,waiting time for cleaning,pretreatment,types of final rinsing water and knowledge of cleaning personnel(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that automatic cleaning,not cleaning according to the operating procedures,no use of enzymes in the cleaning process,waiting for cleaning time more than 30 minutes,and non-standard pretreatment were the independent risk factors for unqualified mechanical cleaning of dental handpieces(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors that affect the quality of mechanical cleaning and disinfection of dental handpieces.Therefore,the supervision system should be strengthened to ensure the standardization of cleaning operation and improve the cleaning quality.
