摘　　要：目的:探讨Smartpatch长时程动态心电图对冠心病合并心肌缺血的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年5月~2021年5月来本院进行治疗的冠心病患者212例作为研究对象,两组患者均进行Smartpatch长时程动态心电图以及常规心电图检测,对检测结果进行分析,比较两种方法诊断心肌缺血的准确度、敏感度以及特异度。结果:常规心电图与Smartpatch长时程动态心电图诊断心肌缺血患者的检出率分别为64.62%(137/212)以及92.92%(197/212),Smartpatch长时程动态心电图的检出率明显高于常规心电图(P<0.05);比较常规心电图以及Smartpatch长时程动态心电图对冠心病合并心肌缺血的诊断的准确率、灵敏度以及特异度,结果表明常规心电图对患者诊断的准确率、灵敏度以及特异度分别为53.30%、76.19%以及15.38%明显低于Smartpatch长时程动态心电图的96.32%、86.29%以及86.67%,Smartpatch长时程动态心电图对冠心病合并心肌缺血诊断的准确率、灵敏度以及特异度明显高于常规心电图,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Smartpatch长时程动态心电图诊断冠心病合并心肌缺血的准确度、灵敏度以及特异度更高。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of Smartpatch long-term dynamic electrocardiogram for coronary heart disease complicated with myocardial ischemia.Methods:212 patients with coronary heart disease who came to our hospital for treatment from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.Both groups of patients underwent Smartpatch long-term dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram testing,and the test results were analyzed and compared.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods for diagnosing myocardial ischemia.Results:The detection rates of conventional ECG and Smartpatch long-term Holter for patients with myocardial ischemia were 64.62%(137/212)and 92.92%(197/212),respectively.The detection rate of Smartpatch long-term dynamic ECG was significantly higher than that of conventional ECG(P<0.05);To compare the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of conventional ECG and Smartpatch long-term dynamic ECG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with myocardial ischemia.The results showed that the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of conventional ECG were 53.30%,76.19%and 15.38%,which were significantly lower than those of Smartpatch long-term dynamic ECG,96.32%,86.29%and 86.67%.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with myocardial ischemia were significantly higher than those of conventional ECG,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of Smartpatch long-term Holter in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease complicated with myocardial ischemia are higher.
