摘　　要：目的:讨论瞬感血糖监测在糖尿病治疗中的辅助效果。方法:将40例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(指尖血糖监测)与研究组(瞬感血糖监测)各20例,观察干预前后各临床指标、各临床指标变化差值。结果:干预后两组患者的体质量、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素、尿酸指标均有所下降,且糖尿病自我管理行为量表指标均有所升高,P<0.05。干预后研究组患者的血糖标准差、平均血糖波动幅度指标均明显小于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者的体质量、体质量指数、腰围、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素指标下降幅度明显比对照组高,尿酸指标下降幅度明显比对照组低,糖尿病自我管理行为量表指标升高幅度明显比对照组高,P<0.05。结论:瞬感血糖监测在糖尿病治疗中的应用可有效帮助患者了解血糖及形成良好的行为,以起到降低血糖及血脂,改善胰岛素功能的效果。Objective:To discuss the auxiliary effect of transient glucose monitoring in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods:40 diabetic patients were randomly divided into the control group(fingertip blood glucose monitoring)and the study group(transient blood glucose monitoring),20 cases each.Observation indexes:the difference of the changes of clinical indexes and clinical indexes before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the indexes of body weight,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,insulin and uric acid in 2 groups were decreased,and the indexes of diabetes self-management behavior scale were increased,P<0.05;After intervention,blood glucose standard deviation and mean blood glucose fluctuation index in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The decrease of body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride and insulin in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the decrease of uric acid index was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the increase of diabetes self-management behavior scale index was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of transient glucose monitoring in the treatment of diabetes can effectively help patients understand blood glucose and form good behavior,so as to reduce blood glucose and blood lipids and improve insulin function.
