彩色多普勒超声诊断四肢血管栓塞的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在检查四肢血管栓塞时采取彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年4月本院收治的疑似患有四肢血管栓塞者70例,同时,将其与62例非四肢血管栓塞的患者对比,所有患者均采取彩色多普勒超声检查,将血管造影检查或者介入治疗的结果作为金标准,对比彩色多普勒超声检查结果的准确率以及两组患者静脉管腔内径检查的结果。结果:彩色多普勒超声检查准确率较高,与非四肢血管栓塞者相比静脉管腔内径检查结果均升高,P<0.05。结论:应用彩色多普勒超声诊断四肢血管栓塞价值显著,在进行患者的诊断时,选择多普勒超声有助于帮助医务人员判断患者的病情,临床可用价值良好。Objective:To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of vascular embolism in extremities.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,a total of 70 patients with suspected limb vascular embolism in our hospital were selected and compared with 62 patients without limb vascular embolism.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the results of angiography or interventional treatment were taken as the gold standard,The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound examination results and the results of venous lumen examination in the two groups were compared.Results:The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of non extremity vascular embolism,the results of venous cavity endoscopy were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of limb vascular embolism value is significant,and then the diagnosis of patients,the choice of Doppler ultrasound can help medical staff to judge the condition of patients,clinical value is good.
