经颅多普勒对抑郁症及青春型精神分裂症患者脑血流检测和研究

摘　　要：目的:探究抑郁症和青春型精神分裂症患者行经颅多普勒检测,其脑血流检测结果的差异。方法:在本院选择抑郁症患者和青春型精神分裂症患者各40例,以及40例健康体检者为研究对象,分别设为抑郁症组、青春型精神分裂症组和常规组,均给予经颅多普勒检查,对比其脑血流检测结果。结果:与常规组相比,抑郁症组和青春型精神分裂症组三条大脑动脉均出现了血流速度加快表现,椎动脉-基底动脉二者的表现不同,抑郁症组为减缓,青春型精神分裂组为加速,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑血流检测结果显示,与健康者相比,抑郁症和青春型精神分裂症患者的大脑动脉血流速度有明显加速表现,而椎动脉-基底动脉前者为减缓表现,后者为加速表现,表明二者存在脑动脉痉挛表现,抑郁症患者有血流减慢、脑供血减少表现,可据此给予相应治疗和处理。Objective:To explore the differences in the results of cerebral blood flow in patients with depression and adolescent schizophrenia undergoing transcranial Doppler detection.Methods:In our hospital,40 patients with depression and adolescent schizophrenia were selected as the research objects,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the research objects.They were respectively set as depression group,adolescent schizophrenia group and routine group,and all were given Transcranial Doppler examination to compare the results of cerebral blood flow.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the three cerebral arteries of the depression group and the adolescent schizophrenia group all showed increased blood flow,and the performance of the vertebral artery and the basilar artery was different.The depression group was slowed down,and the youthful spirit split group was accelerated,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebral blood flow test results show that compared with normal people,patients with depression and adolescent schizophrenia have a significant acceleration of cerebral arterial blood flow,while the former of the vertebral artery and basilar artery is slowed down and the latter is accelerated,indicating that the two have cerebral arterial spasm,and patients with depression have slowed blood flow and decreased cerebral blood supply,and corresponding treatment and treatment can be given accordingly.
