脑循环功能治疗仪联合针刺治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脑循环功能治疗仪联合针刺治疗急性脑梗死患者的影响。方法:选择2020年5月~2021年5月118例急性脑梗死患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(59例)与对照组(59例)。对照组患者予以针刺疗法进行治疗,观察组患者予以脑循环功能治疗仪联合针刺治疗。分析两组患者治疗后临床疗效、神经功能损伤评分、Barthel指数、生活质量。结果:①临床疗效对比:观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);②NIHSS评分对比:观察组患者NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);③Barthel指数对比:观察组患者BI指数评分显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);④生活质量对比:观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑循环功能治疗仪可有效提高患者临床疗效,降低患者NIHSS评分,提高患者生活能力,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of cerebral circulation function therapy instrument combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:118 patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for the study,and were divided into an observation group(59 cases)and a control group(59 cases)using a random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture therapy combined with cerebral circulatory function therapy device.The clinical efficacy,neurological damage score,Barthel index,and quality of life after treatment were analyzed in the two groups.Results:①Comparison of clinical efficacy:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;②NIHSS score comparison:The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),statistically significant;③Barthel index comparison:The BI index score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;④Comparison of quality of life:The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebral circulation function therapy instrument can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,reduce patients’NIHSS score,improve patients’living ability,and improve patients’quality of life.
