品管圈活动在提升呼吸机湿化装置管理质量的效果研究

摘  要:目的:研究品管圈活动(QCC)在提升呼吸机湿化装置管理质量的效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年2月本院收治的100例实施机械通气治疗超过3d的患者进行研究。随机分成两组各50例。以实施品管圈前后为分界点,实施前患者纳入对照组,实施后患者纳入观察组。对比两组管理效果。结果:观察组水位过高或过低、档位过高或过低以及干烧等错误操作率均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸机湿化装置故障率明显低于对照组的8.0%(P<0.05),单次故障待机时间,观察组较对照组更短,观察组不良事件发生率1例显著少于对照组的7例,观察组管理满意度96.00%明显优于对照组的84.00%,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用QCC管理,可提升呼吸机湿化装置管理质量,降低操作错误率及故障率,提升管理满意度。Objective:To study the effect of quality control circle activities(QCC)in improving the management quality of ventilator humidification devices.Methods:A total of 100 patients who underwent mechanical ventilation treatment for more than 3 days,who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020,were selected for the study.Divide them into 50 cases randomly.Before and after the implementation of the quality control circle as the demarcation point,the patients before the implementation were included in the control group,and the patients after the implementation were included in the observation group.Compare the management effects of the two groups.Results:The error operation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,such as the water level was too high or too low,the gear was too high or too low,and the dry burning was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The failure rate of the ventilator humidification device in the observation group was 0.0%significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The standby time for a single failure was shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly less in 1 case in the control group of 7 cases,the observation group’s management satisfaction was 96.00%significantly better than the control group’s 84.00%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting QCC management can improve the management quality of ventilator humidification device,reduce operation error rate and failure rate,and improve management satisfaction.
