摘 要:随着智能电网技术的快速发展,变电站综合自动化技术取得了显著的提高。但监控与运维智能化操作功能尚不完善,如倒闸操作过程中大多依然采用基于人工逐项依次操作的方式,已经远远不能适应电力系统的智能化发展需求。文章围绕调控云平台,运用泛在云边协同技术,实现变电站防误系统泛在互联、人机交互,逐步建成“状态全感知、防误全过程、操作全在线、业务全流程”的倒闸操作新体系,构造了“移动互联、智能成票、扫图识码、蓝牙开锁、全电子化”的全新操作模式,打造了“数字倒闸操作”新生态。With the rapid development of smart grid technology, substation integrated automation technology has been significantly improved. However, the intelligent function of monitoring, operation and maintenance is not perfect. For example, most of the switching operations are still operated item by item manually, which is far from meeting the intelligent development needs of the power system. Relying on the platform of the dispatching and control cloud, using cloud-edge collaboration technology, the ubiquitous interconnection and human-computer interaction of substation error prevention system are realized. A new switching antimisoperation platform of "the full perception of the running status, full process of the anti-misoperation, the full online of the operation and the full cooperation of the business" is gradually built. It initiated a new operation mode of "mobile Internet, intelligent ticket generation, image scanning and code identification, Bluetooth unlocking and full electronization" to create a new ecology of "digital switching operation".
