摘 要:针对220 kV海底光电复合电缆具有直径大、长度大,施工流程过驳、登陆及敷设难度较大等特点,研究提出了海底电缆敷设施工方法。首先,15.176 km海缆敷设施工采用无动力平底方驳施工船,31.13 km海缆敷设施工采用DP船;其次,提出散装过缆、主牵引钢缆敷设、第一批海缆登陆施工、常规海缆埋设施工、第二批海缆敷设施工等5项关键施工技术。可为类似海上风电海底电缆敷设施工参考。Due to the specific characteristics of the 220 kV large diameter and long length submarine opto-electric composite cable,the transfer,landing and laying processes of its construction is rather difficult.In this paper,laying construction techniques of such submarine cable are proposed.For the submarine cable of 15.176 km long,the unpowered flat bottom barge construction ship is adopted for the laying construction.For another submarine cable of 31.13 km long,the DP ship is adopted.Then,five key construction techniques are introduced,including the bulk cable transfer,main traction cable laying,the first batch cable landing construction,routine laying construction,and the second batch cable laying construction.It can be useful reference for the laying construction of similar offshore wind power submarine cable.
