摘  要:罗坡坝水电站碾压混凝土双曲拱坝在设计初期就考虑到了拱坝坝肩开挖的顺向坡“切脚”问题,采取了挖除切脚部分强卸荷岩体,对保留岩体采取锚桩支护及开挖-支护-再开挖的措施,以确保坝体施工期和运行期安全。施工阶段坝肩开挖支护采用双排脚手架,下部边坡支护采用悬空脚手架,减少与坝肩开挖施工相互干扰。在现场实现焊接锚筋桩与入孔的并行,降低长锚筋桩在高边坡吊装入孔的难度,增加施工安全保障,实现了无事故、施工质量满足设计要求,实践证明设计方案正确,施工方案合理。At the initial design of the roller compacted concrete double-curved arch dam in Luopoba Hydropower Station,the cut-off of the slope toe of the forward slope caused by abutment excavation is considered.The intensive unloading rock mass in the cut-off area is excavated.The remaining rock is supported by anchor piles and an excavation-supporting-re-excavation construction process is adopted to ensure the safety of the dam during the construction and operation periods.In the construction period,double row scaffolding is adopted in the dam abutment excavation and supporting,while the suspended scaffolding is adopted in the lower slope supporting to reduce the mutual interference between the excavation and the supporting construction.Also,the on-site welding and insertion of the anchor piles are carried out in parallel,which reduces the hoisting and insertion difficulties of the long anchor piles on high slope and improves the construction safety.Practice shows that the construction scheme is reasonable as no accident is encountered and the construction quality fulfills the design requirements.
