摘 要:以福建省三明市区为例,利用遥感生态指数(RSEI)对山地型城市的生态质量进行动态监测和评价。研究选取1992、2003和2018年Landsat影像构建RSEI,结果表明,三明市区的RSEI均值由0.58提高到0.72,生态改善的面积约为1608.51 km^(2),占总面积的54.44%;生态退化的面积仅为120.06 km^(2),约占4.06%。研究区总体生态质量变好,主要得益于周边山体多植被区的生态保护和生态修复,而沿沙溪河一带生态质量呈下降趋势,主要是由于三沙(三元沙县)一体化的影响,特别是工业企业退城入园、机场和高铁等交通设施的建造。三明市区在未来的发展中,一方面应该继续加强山体植被区的保护,另一方面也要加强对老城区的旧城改造,提升城区绿色空间。Taking the Sanming City as an example,the ecological quality of mountain-type cities was monitored and evaluated by remote sensing based ecology index(RSEI).The RSEI was constructed by selecting Landsat image in 1992,2003 and 2018.The results show that the RSEI average in Sanming City was increased from 0.58 to 0.72,and the area of ecological improvement was approximately 1608.51 km^(2),accounting for 54.44%of the total area;the area of ecological degeneration was only 120.06 km^(2),accounting for about 4.06%.The overall ecological quality of the research area has improved,mainly due to the ecological protection and ecological restoration of the surrounding mountains and vegetation areas.The ecological quality of the area along Shaxi was declining,mainly due to the influence of Sansha integration,especially the construction of transportation facilities such as industrial enterprises to enter the park,airport and high-speed rail.In the future development of Sanming City,on the one hand,it should continue to strengthen the protection of mountain vegetation areas,and on the other hand,we should also strengthen the transformation of the old city in the old city to enhance the green space of the urban area.
