摘 要:动量下传现象往往会引起地面风切变,有效预报动量下传现象有助于风切变的预报;分析发现当一定湿度的强冷空气翻越贺兰山进入宁夏境内时,易产生焚风效应,特别在夜间,其背风坡形成的焚风,使地面增温明显,在往下游移动过程中,易引起动量下传,从而产生地面大风造成风切变天气。在此过程中地面温度变化对动量下传的预报有很好的指示意义。The phenomenon of downward momentum transmission often causes surface wind shear,and effective forecast of the phenomenon of downward momentum transmission is helpful for the prediction of wind shear.Analysis shows that when strong cold air with certain humidity passes through the Helan Mountains and enters Ningxia,it is easy to produce the Foehn effect,especially at night,the foehn formed on its leeward slope significantly warms the ground,and during the downstream movement,it is easy to cause momentum to pass down,resulting in strong ground wind and wind shear weather.The ground temperature change in the process is a good indication for the forecast of momentum down transmission.
