摘　　要：针对当前民航客票退改服务中运价退改计算时间长、处理客票准确度不高等问题,本文设计了一种全新的运价退改计算方案,充分研究了运价退改计算中业务流程、业务规则的特殊性,对定位原票价格、退改计算方案生成和价格计算等环节进行了优化,显著提高了准确性和计算效率。实践证明,此方案可支持快速、准确、便捷的机票退改服务,具有较高的行业推广价值。Aiming at the weak-points of long response time,low accuracy of the current airfare ticket reissue/refund application,a new airfare reissue/refund method is proposed based on analyzing the characteristics of reissue/refund business process and business rule.The new method improves the original fare identification accuracy and repricing efficiency.It has been applied in production and can support quick,accurate and convenient reissue/refund service.
