摘 要:采用OM和EBSD等技术研究了冷轧压下率对含铌取向硅钢再结晶组织、织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,随冷轧压下率增加,脱碳退火后初次再结晶晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;冷轧压下率达到88%时,晶粒尺寸就会变得更均匀更细小,平均晶粒尺寸达到26.2μm;脱碳退火板有利织构{111}<112>、{411}<148>含量较高,经高温退火后二次再结晶晶粒平均尺寸达到9.8 mm,Goss织构含量高且位向精准,磁性能更加优异。The effects of cold rolling reduction rate on the recrystallization microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of niobium-containing oriented silicon steel were studied by using OM and EBSD techniques. The results show that the size of the primary recrystallized grain gradually decreases after decarburization annealing with the cold rolling reduction increasing. When the cold rolling reduction rate reaches 88%, the grain size becomes more uniform and finer, and the average grain size reaches 26.2 μm;the favorable texture {111}<112> and {411}<148> content of the decarburized annealed sheet is relatively high. After high temperature annealing, the average grain size of secondary recrystallization reaches 9.8 mm, the Goss texture content is high and the orientation is accurate, and the magnetic properties are more excellent.
