摘 要:双相钢是目前汽车工业中应用最为广泛的高强钢之一,研究双相钢及镀锌双相钢电阻点焊工艺及性能的区别,对汽车生产具有参考价值。通过正交试验优化参数,测量电阻点焊接头熔核的外观尺寸,检测点焊接头的剪切力、硬度,观察焊点的显微组织,研究了DH590及其镀锌钢板的电阻点焊工艺及性能差异。结果表明:DH590点焊工艺最优参数为焊接电流11.5 kA,焊接时间15 cycle,电极压力2.5 kN;相同焊接参数下镀锌钢熔核直径比非镀锌钢小15%~20%;电阻点焊后,镀锌钢中残留的锌元素主要分布在熔合线的末端位置;熔核直径相当情况下锌层对点焊接头的硬度、拉伸性能无显著影响。Dual-phase steel is one of the most widely used high-strength steels in the automotive industry, the study on the difference of resistance spot welding process and property of dual-phase steel and galvanized dual-phase steel has reference value for automobile production. The parameters were optimized by orthogonal test, the nugget diameter of the resistance spot welded joints was measured, the shear force and hardness of the spot welded joints were detected, the microstructure of the welded spots was observed. The difference of resistance spot welding process and properity of DH590 and its galvanized steel sheets were studied. The results show that the optimal parameters of DH590 spot welding process are welding current of 11.5kA, welding time of 15 cycle, electrode pressure of 2.5 kN. The galvanized steel nugget diameter is 15%-20% smaller than that of non-galvanized steel under the same welding parameters. After spot welding,the retained zinc mainly exists at the end of the fusion line. When the diameter of the nugget is equivalent, the zinc layer has no significant effect on the hardness and tensile properties of the spot welded joint.
