摘 要:对HT300灰铸铁滑轨工作台进行铸造工艺设计。采用碱性酚醛树脂砂造型,设计两种不同的浇注方案。分别运用Solidworks、ProCAST软件进行铸造工艺的三维建模、充型模拟以及凝固模拟。模拟真实铸件容易产生缩孔缩松的位置。通过改变工艺参数、冒口形状和位置以及浇注系统进行工艺优化。根据铸造工艺模拟结果选取充型平稳、有利于缩松、缩孔等缺陷消除的浇注、补缩系统的设计方案,最终获得了较合理的工作台铸造工艺方案。Casting process of a HT300 gray cast iron slide rail worktable was designed. Two different pouring schemes were designed and alkaline phenolic resin sand moulding was used. Solidworks and ProCAST softwares were used to carry out three-dimensional modeling, filling simulation and solidification simulation of casting process, respectively. The location of shrinkage cavity and porosity in real castings were simulated. Process optimization was carried out by changing process parameters, riser shape and position, and gating system. According to the simulation results of casting process, the design scheme of the casting and feeding system was selected, which was stable in filling and conducive to the elimination of defects such as shrinkage cavity and porosity. Finally, a reasonable worktable casting process scheme was obtained.
