摘  要:通过有限元数值模拟分析,研究了冲头与凹模的圆角半径、冲头与模具之间的间隙、变薄拉深凹模的半锥角等模具参数对多步拉伸过程的影响。结果表明:随着凸模、凹模圆角半径和模具间隙减小,拉深件危险区域会发生明显变薄;当变薄拉深凹模半锥角为20°~25°时,金属流动较为顺畅。The influence of die parameters including the fillet radius of punch and die, gap between punch and die, half cone angle of ironing die on the multistep drawing process was studied by the finite element numerical simulation analysis.The results show that with the decrease of punch and die radius and die clearance, the dangerous area of drawing parts will become thinner obviously. The metal flow is more smooth when the half cone angle of ironing die is 20°-25°.
