摘  要:某灰铸铁配重在装配螺栓时发生了断裂。采用化学成分分析、金相检验、能谱分析以及力学性能检测等方法,对配重的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:配重断口上存在疏松和缩孔的铸造缺陷,大量的磷共晶和严重的碳化物增加了零件的脆性,非金属夹杂物造成了局部应力集中,最终造成配重在装配时脆性断裂。Fracture of the gray cast iron counterweight occurs during bolt assembly. The fracture causes of the counterweight were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic analysis, energy spectrum analysis and mechanical properties test. The results show that there are casting defects such as shrinkage holes and porosities in the fracture of the counterweight, the brittleness of parts is increased by large amounts of phosphorous eutectic and carbides, stress concentration is caused by nonmetallic inclusions, which eventually cause brittle fracture of the counterweight during assembly.
