生物反馈疗法联合电刺激治疗儿童原发性遗尿症的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈疗法联合电刺激治疗儿童原发性遗尿症的效果。方法40例儿童原发性遗尿症患儿,依据治疗措施不同分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组采用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗,对照组采用醋酸去氨加压素(DDAVP)治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、生活质量评分以及治疗前后心理状况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率95%高于对照组的65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿社会功能、生理机能、生理功能、活力以及精神状态评分分别为(91.31±5.39)、(91.30±5.22)、(89.99±3.12)、(94.51±3.38)、(95.21±2.54)分,均高于对照组的(81.26±5.37)、(80.68±5.44)、(81.64±3.29)、(83.66±4.59)、(89.11±3.22)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿SAS评分(42.45±5.21)分、SDS评分(41.86±5.14)分均低于对照组的(53.24±6.18)、(52.86±6.21)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用生物反馈疗法联合电刺激治疗儿童原发性遗尿症患儿,临床效果显著,能显著提高患者生活质量,快速缓解临床症状,值得大力推广与应用。Objective To discuss the effect of biofeedback therapy combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of children with primary enuresis.Methods A total of 40 children with primary enuresis were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment measures,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with biofeedback therapy combined with electrical stimulation,and the control group was treated with desmopressin acetate(DDAVP).The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95%of the observation group was higher than 65%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,physiological function,physiologic function,vitality and mental state in the observation group were(91.31±5.39),(91.30±5.22),(89.99±3.12),(94.51±3.38),and(95.21±2.54)points,which were higher than(81.26±5.37),(80.68±5.44),(81.64±3.29),(83.66±4.59),and(89.11±3.22)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS score(42.45±5.21)points and SDS score(41.86±5.14)points of the observation group were lower than(53.24±6.18)and(52.86±6.21)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback therapy combined with electrical stimulation in has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of children with primary enuresis,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and quickly relieve clinical symptoms,which is worthy of promotion and application.
