心梗后左心衰应用多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用多巴胺与硝普钠联合治疗心肌梗死(心梗)后左心衰竭(左心衰)患者的临床效果。方法105例心梗后左心衰患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组(55例)与对照组(50例)。对照组患者行常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上应用多巴胺与硝普钠联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组收缩压(121.19±0.59)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(81.87±1.89)mm Hg高于对照组的(116.91±1.94)、(76.17±1.62)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多巴胺与硝普钠联合治疗心梗后左心衰患者可以提高治疗效果,并且对患者的血压影响小,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the combination of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 105 patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction were divided into observation group(55 cases)and control group(50 cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with the combined treatment of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.55%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(121.19±0.59)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(81.87±1.89)mm Hg in the observation group were higher than(116.91±1.94)and(76.17±1.62)mm Hg in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dopamine and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of left heart failure patients after myocardial infarction can improve the therapeutic effect and has a little impact on patient's blood pressure,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
