哮喘患儿采用布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析哮喘患儿实施硫酸沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联合雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效。方法83例哮喘患儿,利用随机盲选方式将其分为试验组(42例)与参照组(41例)。参照组实施单纯硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,试验组在参照组基础上联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状消失时间、治疗前后肺功能相关指标以及临床疗效。结果试验组气促、咳嗽、呼吸困难及哮鸣音消失时间分别为(4.19±0.98)、(3.68±0.62)、(2.82±0.69)、(3.17±0.65)d,均短于参照组的(6.57±1.16)、(5.79±0.86)、(5.13±0.95)、(4.61±0.72)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患儿用力肺活量(FVC)及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)均高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率97.62%高于参照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗对哮喘患儿具有显著的疗效,能改善肺功能,促进预后恢复,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation in the treatment of asthmatic children.Methods A total of 83 children with asthma were randomly divided into the experimental group(42 cases)and the reference group(41 cases)by random blind selection.The reference group was treated with salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation alone,and the experimental group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the reference group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function-related indexes before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance times of shortness of breath,cough,dyspnea and wheezing in the experimental group were(4.19±0.98),(3.68±0.62),(2.82±0.69)and(3.17±0.65)d,which were all shorter than(6.57±1.16),(5.79±0.86),(5.13±0.95)and(4.61±0.72)d in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 97.62%in the experimental group was higher than 78.05%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol sulfate aerosol inhalation has a significant effect in the treatment of children with asthma,and can improve pulmonary function,and promote the prognosis after recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
