多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗局限性慢性湿疹的效果、不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的分析局限性慢性湿疹患者应用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏与他克莫司软膏联合治疗的效果、不良反应。方法80例局限性慢性湿疹患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组患者采取他克莫司软膏进行治疗,研究组患者采取多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合他克莫司软膏进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分,不良反应发生情况,治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]。结果治疗后,两组患者的症状积分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的症状积分(0.42±0.11)分低于对照组的(1.06±0.29)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的不良反应发生率均比较低,一段时间后均可自行缓解,两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的IFN-γ、IL-2水平均高于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的IFN-γ(47.63±6.46)pg/ml、IL-2(44.51±7.49)pg/ml高于对照组的(40.38±6.21)、(34.58±6.64)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的IL-4水平均低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者的IL-4(31.23±5.14)pg/ml低于对照组的(36.24±5.22)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏与他克莫司软膏联合治疗局限性慢性湿疹疗效较好,可降低患者不良反应发生率,改善机体炎症指标,利于患者康复。Objective To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of localized chronic eczema.Methods A total of 80 patients with localized chronic eczema were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with tacrolimus ointment,and patients in the research group were treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream and tacrolimus ointment.The symptom score before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions,and inflammatory factor[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the symptom score(0.42±0.11)points of the research group was lower than(1.06±0.29)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was relatively low in both groups,and they could be relieved by themselves after a period of time,and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IFN-γand IL-2 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the research group had higher levels of IFN-γ(47.63±6.46)pg/ml and IL-2(44.51±7.49)pg/ml than(40.38±6.21)and(34.58±6.64)pg/ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the research group has lower IL-4(31.23±5.14)pg/ml than(36.24±5.22)pg/ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with tacrolimus ointment has good curative effect in the treatment of localized chronic eczema,and can
