醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的通过使用醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹,观察其治疗效果。方法30例急性脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予醒脑开窍针刺法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、瞳孔大小、眼裂大小及眼球运动情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组瞳孔大小(3.61±0.34)mm小于对照组的(3.96±0.32)mm,眼裂大小(7.15±0.43)mm大于对照组的(5.84±0.47)mm,眼球运动评分(0.79±0.72)分低于对照组的(1.31±0.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过醒脑开窍针刺法治疗脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹效果显著,眼部活动情况改善明显,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of poststroke oculomotor nerve palsy.Methods A total of 30 patients with post-stroke oculomotor nerve palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pupil size,eye fissure and eye movement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than 73.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pupil size(3.61±0.34)mm of the observation group was smaller than(3.96±0.32)mm of the control group,the pupil size(7.15±0.43)mm was larger than(5.84±0.47)mm of the control group,and the eye movement score(0.79±0.72)points was lower than(1.31±0.10)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture has significant effect in the treatment of post-stroke oculomotor nerve palsy,and can significantly improve the eye movement and quality of life of patients.
