摘　　要：目的观察呼吸训练联合行走训练对慢性心力衰竭患者运动耐力及心功能的影响。方法80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组予以常规抗心力衰竭治疗和康复指导;研究组在对照组的基础上加用呼吸训练联合行走训练。比较干预前和干预3个月后两组患者的6-min步行距离和血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平变化。结果干预前,两组6-min步行距离和血浆NT-proBNP水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。干预3个月后,两组6-min步行距离均较干预前增加,血浆NT-proBNP水平均较干预前下降(P<0.05),且研究组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗心力衰竭治疗和康复指导的基础上,呼吸训练联合行走训练能够进一步提高慢性心力衰竭患者的运动耐力,改善心功能。Objective To observe the effect of respiratory training combined with walking training on the exercise endurance and cardiac function in the patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Eighty patients with chronic heart failure were equally and randomly divided into two groups.The patients in group C were given routine anti-heart failure treatment and rehabilitation guidance,and those in group A were given additional respiratory training combined with walking training.The 6-minute walking distance and plasma level of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were compared between the two groups before and 3months after intervention.Results There were no significant differences in the 6-minute walking distance and plasma NT-proBNP level between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Three months after intervention,the 6-minute walking distance was longer and plasma NT-proBNP level was lower than those before intervention in the two groups(P<0.05),which changed more obviously in group A than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine anti-heart failure treatment and rehabilitation guidance,respiratory training combined with walking training can further improve the exercise endurance and cardiac function in the patients with chronic heart failure.
