宫颈癌术后患者居家康复依从性的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查宫颈癌术后患者居家康复依从性。方法选取2021年6-12月重庆市某三甲医院收治的50例宫颈癌患者,采用自行设计的问卷,对患者一般情况康复依从性进行调查分析。结果健康生活方式与生活习惯依从性各项得分率均大于70.00%。疾病康复依从性各项得分率从高到低依次是用药、随访、病情观察、创口护理、功能锻炼、盆底康复和性生活。间歇性导尿依从性各项得分率均较低。健康信念依从性各项得分率均大于87.00%。不同婚姻状态患者康复依从性得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌术后患者居家康复期间的疾病康复、间歇性导尿等依从性较低,医务人员应采取有效措施提高患者居家康复依从性。Objective To investigate the compliance of postoperative cervical cancer patients with home rehabilitation.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical cancer admitted to a tertiary hospital in Chongqing from June to December 2021 were selected,and a self-designed questionnaire was used to investi-gate,and general condition and rehabilitation compliance of the patients were analyzed.Results The scoring rates of healthy lifestyle and lifestyle compliance were greater than 70.00%.The scoring rates of disease reha-bilitation compliance from high to low were medication,follow-up,condition observation,wound care,func-tional exercise,pelvic floor rehabilitation and sexual life.The score rates of intermittent catheterization com-pliance were low.The score rates of health belief compliance were more than 87.00%.The scores of rehabili-tation compliance of patients with different marital status were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The compliance of patients with cervical cancer during home rehabilitation is low,such as disease rehabilitation and intermittent catheterization.Medical staffs should take effective measures to improve the compliance of patients with home rehabilitation.
