聚焦解决模式下延续性干预对浅表性膀胱癌患者癌性疲乏、睡眠质量和心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式下延续性干预对浅表性膀胱癌患者癌性疲乏、睡眠质量和心理状态的影响。方法将2019年1月-2021年12月在医院泌尿外科接受治疗的110例浅表性膀胱癌患者,依据入院时间编号顺序分别纳入对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组于常规护理基础上开展聚焦解决模式下延续性护理干预。比较两组护理后的癌性疲乏水平、睡眠质量水平及心理状态改善情况。结果护理干预后,观察组的各项癌性疲乏水平评分及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组的紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲乏-迟钝及迷惑-混乱评分均低于对照组,其精力-活力评分则高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式下延续性干预在浅表性膀胱癌患者中的应用效果较为显著,可有效减轻患者的癌性疲乏程度,改善其睡眠质量及不良心理状态,同时可明显提高其体力活动水平。Objective To explore the effects of continuous intervention under the focused solution mode on cancer fatigue,sleep quality and psychological state of superficial bladder cancer patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with superficial bladder cancer treated in the urology department of hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled into the control group and the observation group according to the time sequence of admission,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention;The observation group was carried out continuous intervention in focused solution mode simultaneously on the basis of routine care.The level of cancer fatigue,sleep quality and mental state were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of cancer fatigue level evaluation and sleep quality evaluation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of tension-anxiety,depression-depression,anger-hostility,fatigue-retardation and confusion-disorder in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of energy-vitality were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of continuous intervention under the focused solution mode in patients with superficial bladder cancer is significant,which can effectively reduce the degree of cancer fatigue,improve the sleep quality and adverse psychological state of patients,and significantly improve their physical activity level.
