数字人民币对上海国际金融中心建设的影响及其对策

摘　　要：“十四五”时期人民币国际化步入攻坚阶段,必须通过数字化革命为人民币国际化另辟赛道。上海国际金融中心建设目标基本达成,寻求全新的推进建设抓手迫在眉睫。数字人民币“先支付工具、后政策工具”的渐进路径,对比第三方支付具有压倒性迭代特征,同时上海是数字人民币试点城市,拥有庞大的“人口、场景、数据”三大优势,因此必须把数字人民币作为推进上海国际金融中心建设新的核心抓手。In the “14 th Five-Year Plan”period,the internationalization of CNY has entered a critical stage,and it is necessary to create another track for CNY internationalization through digital revolution.With the goal of building Shanghai as an international financial center basically achieved,it is urgent to find a new grip to promote the construction.The progressive path of E-CNY “payment tool first,policy tool later”has overwhelming iterative characteristics compared with third-party payment.The E-CNY must be the new core grip for promoting Shanghai as an international financial center.
