摘 要:为研究联合使用抗球虫和抗损伤药对鸡球虫病的疗效,本试验选取11日龄SPF鸡90只,分为C组(空白对照)、T0组(感染不给药)、T1~T4组(感染给药组)6个组,感染组感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫(E.tenella)5.0×10^(4)个/只鸡,并于72 h后用药,T1组(妥曲珠利+磺胺氯吡嗪钠+硝苯地平+VE+Se+Zn+止血敏)、T2组(妥曲珠利)、T3组(磺胺氯吡嗪钠)、T4组(妥曲珠利+磺胺氯吡嗪钠),通过检测血便记分、OPG、盲肠病变记分、死亡率、相对增重率和抗球虫指数,测定其药效。试验结果:感染加药组的相对增重率均高于T0组,其中T1组最高;感染加药组的平均血便率和病变值均低于T0组,其中T1组鸡平均血便率最低,病变值极显著(P<0.01)低于T0组;感染加药组OPG均极显著(P<0.01)低于T0组;T1组ACI值最高,为181.04,达高效;感染加药组的成活率均高于T0组,且T1、T3、T4组成活率为100%。本试验结果表明,联合使用抗球虫和抗损伤药对鸡球虫病的疗效达高效,并优于使用单一抗球虫药或两种抗球虫药的联合使用。In order to study the efficacy of the combined use of anticoccidia and anti-injury drugs on chicken coccidiosis,this test selected 90 SPF chickens at the age of 11 days,and treating C group as blank contronl,T0 group as infection control,T1~T4 groups as infected with 5.0×10^(4) E.tenella per chicken,and administered after 72 hours,T1 group feeding toltrazuril,sulfachlorpyrazine sodium,nifedipine,VE,Se,Zn,and dicynone.T2 group feeding toltrazuril,T3 group feeding sulfachlorpyrazine sodium,T4 group feeding toltrazuril and sulfachlorpyrazine sodium.The efficacy of the drugs was measured by detecting the bloody stool scores,OPG,the cecum lesion scores,mortality,relative weight gain rate and anticoccidial index,to lay the foundation for the development of highly effective anti-chicken coccidiosis drugs in future.The test results showed that the relative weight gain rate of the infected dosing group was very significant(P<0.01)higher than that in T0 group,and that in T1 group was the highest;the mean bloody stool rate and the lesion values of each infected dosing group were lower than those in T0 group,the mean bloody stool rate of the T1 group were the lowest,and the lesion values in the T0 group was very significant(P<0.01)lower than that in T0 group;OPG of the infected dosing group was very significant(P<0.01)lower than that in T0 group;the value of ACI was the highest,181.04,which was highly efficient;the survival rate of the infected dosing group was lower than that in the T0 group,and the survival rate of T1,T3 and T4 groups was100%.Conclusion:the combined use of anticoccidia and anti-injury drugs for coccidiosis of chicken was highly effective and is better than the combination of single or two anticoccidial drugs.
