摘 要:为探究黄羽肉鸡胫色与腹脂及体表不同部位皮肤黄度值间的关系,试验对600只77日龄江丰G系黄羽肉鸡的胸部、腹部、下背、上背、胫部和腹脂的黄度值进行测定,并对这些部位的黄度值进行了Pearson相关性分析。试验结果表明:胫色、腹脂色、前胸色、腹部色、下背色黄度值的变异系数在26%~41%,而上背色高达110.07%,可见相对于胫色、腹脂色、前胸色、腹部色、下背色,上背色黄度值的变异系数最大。胫色与前胸色、腹部色和下背色呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);腹脂色与腹部色和下背色呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);前胸色与腹部色、上背色及下背色呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);腹部色与上背色和下背色呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);上背色与下背色呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。This study aimed to investigate relationship between shank color and abdomainal fat and skin yellowness value of different parts of body surface in yellow-feathered broilers.In this study,the breast,abdomen,lower back,upper back and shin of 60077-day-old Jiangfeng G-line yellow-feathered broiler chicken were determined,and the yellowness values of these parts were analyzed by Pearson method.The results showed that,the coefficient of variation of the yellowness value of shin color,abdominal fat color,prothorax color,abdomen color and lower back color is 26%~41%,and the upper back color is as high as 110.07%.It can be seen that relative to shank color,abdominal fat color,front chest color,abdominal color,lower back color,the coefficient of variation of the yellow value of upper back color is the largest.There was a very significant positive correlation between shin color and chest color,abdomen color and lower back color(P<0.01),abdominal fat color was significantly positively correlated with abdominal color and lower back color(P<0.01),front chest color was significantly positively correlated with abdominal color,upper back color and lower back color(P<0.01),abdominal color was significantly positively correlated with upper back color and lower back color(P<0.01),and upper back color was positively correlated with lower back color(P<0.01).
