摘 要:高超声速飞行器翼舵设计中,直接使用Hoff理论对变厚度夹层板进行等效建模,等效材料参数为随厚度变化的场变量,无法直接利用通用有限元软件建模。对此,在Hoff理论的基础上进行了改进,保证弯曲刚度和质量分布相等,放弃面内拉压刚度等效,推导了等效弹性模量、等效厚度以及等效面密度公式,提出了一种便于利用通用有限元软件开展变厚度夹层板等效建模的方法。分别建立了变厚度夹层板的精确模型、基于三明治夹层板理论和改进Hoff等效模型,对悬臂翼进行了模态分析和颤振分析并对比了计算结果,数值结果表明,改进的Hoff理论等效简化模型计算精度和效率满足使用,实现蜂窝夹层板结构的快速分析。In the design of hypersonic vehicle wing and rudder,when using the Hoff theory to model equivalently a sandwich plate with variable thickness,the equivalent material parameters are field variables that vary with the thickness,and general finite element software cannot be used directly in modeling.In this regard,improvements were made on the basis of Hoff theory to ensure equal bending stiffness and mass distribution,abandon the equivalent in-plane tension and compression stiffness.Moreover,the equivalent elastic modulus,equivalent thickness,and equivalent areal density formulas are derived.A method for equivalent modeling of variable thickness sandwich plates using general finite element software is proposed.The detailed model of variable thickness sandwich panel and the improved Hoff equivalent model based on the theory of sandwich panel and the improved Hoff equivalent model proposed were established respectively.Then the modal analysis and flutter analysis of the cantilever wing were carried out,and the calculation results were compared.The numerical results showed that the calculation accuracy and efficiency of the simplified equivalent model based on the Hoff theory meet the requirements of the use,and the rapid analysis of the honeycomb sandwich panel structure is realized.
