摘　　要：目的:研究对化学物中毒胃肠功能障碍分级诊断和中西治疗方法。方法:选取2018-2019年吉林市化工医院收治的化学物中毒胃肠道功能障碍患者391例,回顾性分析患者临床特点,进行分级诊断讨论。结果:化学物中毒胃肠道功能障碍临床主要表现占比为恶心呕吐占83.83%,腹痛腹胀占45.01%,大便失禁占11.32%,消化道出血占4.31%。结论:建议将临床表现、呕吐物潜血试验、便潜血试验和胃肠镜检查作为化学物中毒胃肠道功能障碍诊断分级主要指标,肠脂肪酸结合蛋白、瓜氨酸检测结果作为诊断分级参考指标。Objective:To study the grading diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Methods:A total of 391 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning who were admitted to Jilin Chemical Industry Hospital from 2018 to 2019 were selected,the clinical characteristics of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and grading diagnosis was discussed.Results:The main clinical manifestations of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning were:nausea and vomiting(83.83%),abdominal pain and bloating(45.01%),fecal incontinence(11.32%),and gastrointestinal bleeding(4.31%).Conclusion:It is recommended that clinical manifestations,vomitus occult blood test,fecal occult blood test and gastrointestinal endoscopy should be used as the main indicators for the grading diagnosis of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning,and the test results of intestinal fatty acid binding protein and citrulline should be used as the reference index for the grading diagnosis.
