初检不合格献血者再次献血复检结果分析

摘　　要：目的:对初检不合格献血者再次献血复检结果进行分析,旨在为建立低危无偿献血者队伍提升科学指导及依据。方法:收集2017年1月-2022年1月山东省血液中心5项血液检测不合格献血者4000名的临床资料,对部分不合格献血者再次复检,分析结果。结果:430000名献血者中,5项血液检测项口不合格献血者为4000名,占9.30%;谷丙转氨酶(ALT)单一检测项目、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙型肝炎病毒抗体、梅毒抗体、艾滋病抗体不合格者分别为2190名(51.00%)、785名(1.80%)、335名(0.08%)、465名(1.08%)、105名(0.02%)。合并2项或以上检测项口不合格者120名,占0.03%;HBsAg、ALT单项检测阳性不合格是血液报废的主要原因。结论:初检不合格献血者再次献血时,需做好献血者的回访以及血液复检工作,减少假阳性筛查结果,进而最大限度地防止献血者流失。Objective:To analyze the re-examination results of re-donation of blood donors who failed the initial examination,so as to improve the scientific guidance and basis for establishing a low-risk unpaid blood donor team.Methods:The clinical data of 4000 unqualified blood donors for 5 blood tests in Blood Center of Shandong Province from January 2017 to January 2022 were collected,some unqualified blood donors were re-examined,and the results were analyzed.Results:Among the 430,000 blood donors,4,000 were unqualified for 5 blood test items,accounting for 9.30%;unqualified for single test items for alanine aminotransferase(ALT),hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis C virus antibody,syphilis antibody and AIDS antibody were 2190(51.00%),785(1.80%),335(0.08%),465(1.08%)and 105(0.02%),respectively.There were 120 unqualified patients combined with two or more tests,accounting for 0.03%;single positive test of HBsAg and ALT was the main reason for blood scrapping.Conclusion:When blood donors who fail the initial examination donate blood again,it is necessary to do a good job in the return visit of blood donors and blood re-examination to reduce false positive screening results,thereby preventing the loss of blood donors to the greatest extent.
