摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理干预经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术治疗复杂性肾结石术后的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月山东省日照市五莲县人民医院收治的复杂性肾结石患者60例为观察对象,均采用经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术治疗,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(综合护理干预)和对照组(常规护理),各30例。比较两组治疗依从性、护理满意度、并发症发生率、健康行为、心理弹性、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗依从率、护理满意度均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康行为、心理弹性、生活质量评分高于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预经皮肾镜气压弹道超声碎石术的复杂性肾结石患者,能够提高其治疗依从性、护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,提升其健康行为,改善其心理弹性及生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods:A total of 60 patients with complex renal calculi treated by percutaneous nephroscopic and pneumatic ballistic ultrasonic lithotripsy in Wulian County Peoples Hospital of Rizhao City from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects.They were all treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic ultrasonic lithotripsy.According to random number table method,they were randomly divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention)and a control group(routine nursing),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,complication rate,health behavior,psychological resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of healthy behavior,psychological resilience and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with complex renal calculi undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic ultrasonic lithotripsy can improve their treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve their healthy behaviors,and improve their psychological resilience and life quality.
