摘 要:目的:对比30 min快速生物监测法与24 h生物监测法在过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌后生物监测结果判读的一致性,分析快速生物监测法对提高腔镜器械使用效率的影响。方法:比较2021年1-3月在中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院消毒供应中心使用24 h生物指示剂和30 min快速生物指示剂在相同炉次下生物监测的结果,并对监测结果培养24 h、36 h、48 h后进行一致性研究;选取2020年8月-2021年5月中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院消毒供应中心接收的25799件腔镜器械为研究对象,按照接收时间分为对照组与试验组,对照组11643件,使用24 h生物监测法监测生物结果;试验组14156件,使用30 min快速生物监测法监测生物结果,统计两组器械从回收到发放的时间。结果:两组进行生物监测各79次,结果均合格,临床上无灭菌物相关感染报道事件,生物监测24 h、36 h、48 h判读结果均一致;与对照组比较,试验组能够及时安全发放灭菌器械,器械周转效率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心低温灭菌物品管理方面,30 min快速生物监测结果准确性、稳定性好,操作使用方便,能有效保证低温等离子灭菌器械处理的安全性,提高使用周转率。Objective:To compare the consistency of biological monitoring results of 30 min rapid biological monitoring method and 24 h biological monitoring method after sterilization of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer,and analyze the effect on improving the efficiency of endoscopic instruments using rapid biological monitoring method.Methods:The biological monitoring results of 24 h biological indicator and 30 min rapid biological indicator for the same batch in the Disinfection Supply Center,The Third Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University(Lingnan Hospital)from January to March in 2021 were compared,and the consistency of the monitoring results was studied for 24 h,36 h and 48 h of culture.Based on the receiving time,25799 endoscopic instruments received by the Disinfection Supply Center,The Third Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University(Lingnan Hospital)from August 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the objects and divided into control group and experimental group.The control group of 11643 instruments was given 24 h biological monitoring method;the experimental group of 14156 instruments was given 30 min rapid biological monitoring method.The time from recovery to release of the instruments was counted.Results:A total of 79 times of biological monitoring were carried out in two groups,and the results were all qualified.There was no clinical report of bacteria-related infection.The results of biological monitoring for 24 h,36 h and 48 h were consistent.Compared with the control group,the instruments could be timely and safety distributed and used after sterilization in the experimental group,and the instrument turnover rate was significantly improved,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of low-temperature sterilization items in the Disinfection Supply Center,the 30 min rapid biological monitoring results are accurate,stable and easy to operate,which can effectively ensure the safety of low-temperature plasma sterilization equipment in the treatment and improve the u
