摘  要:为对比3种配方的B/KNO_(3)的激光点火性能,搭建激光点火系统进行了B/KNO_(3)激光感度和点火延迟时间试验研究。结果表明:w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))∶w_(粘合剂)=23.7∶70.7∶5.6、w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=33∶67和w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=15∶85的B/KNO_(3)的50%发火功率分别为198mW、181mW和288mW,标准偏差分别为29.42、48.53和78.77;点火延迟时间分别为2.85ms、4.38ms和37.20ms,标准偏差分别为0.59、1.13和17.51。w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))∶w_(粘合剂)=23.7∶70.7∶5.6的B/KNO_(3)最适合作为激光点火药剂,w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=33∶67的B/KNO_(3)较适合,而w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=15∶85的B/KNO_(3)不适合作为激光点火药剂。In order to compare the laser ignition performance of 3 formulations of B/KNO_(3),a laser ignition system was built and the experiments on B/KNO_(3) laser sensitivity and ignition delay time were carried out.The results show that for B/KNO_(3) formulations of w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))∶w_(binder)=23.7∶70.7∶5.6,w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=33∶67 and w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=15∶85,the 50% firing power is 198mW,181mW and 288mW,and the standard deviation is 29.42,48.53 and 78.77 respectively,the ignition delay time is 2.85ms,4.38ms and 37.20ms,and the standard deviation is 0.59,1.13 and 17.51 respectively.The study indicates the formulation of w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))∶w_(binder)=23.7∶70.7∶5.6 is the most suitable for laser ignition;the formulation of w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=33∶67 is suitable,while the formulation of w_(B)∶w_(KNO_(3))=15∶85 is not suitable for laser ignition.
