摘　　要：目的:观察阑尾脓肿经结肠镜治疗效果,与传统保守治疗相比较是否更有优势。方法:统计自2018年8月至2021年8月所有经结肠镜治疗阑尾脓肿(发病超过3天)的病例(A组,实验组),共30例,统计治疗效果、症状缓解的天数、住院天数、住院费用,并与保守治疗30例相比较(B组,对照组),明确是否有优势。结果:A组30例阑尾脓肿经结肠镜治疗明确有效,有效率100%,中途没有一例转外科手术治疗,症状缓解的天数、住院天数、白细胞恢复正常天数较保守治疗B组均有明显降低,两组的差异有统计学意义。结论:经结肠镜治疗阑尾脓肿是安全、快速、有效的治疗方法,应用前景广泛。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy on appendicular abscess and compare it with traditional conservative treatment.Methods:A total of 30 cases with appendicular abscess that onset more than 3 days treated by endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy from August 2018 to August 2021 were chosen as experimental group and named group A.Their treatment effect,symptom relief days,hospitalization days and hospitalization costs were counted and compared with other 30 cases who were chosen as experimental group and named group A that treated by conservative treatment to determine whether there is an advantage.Results:Group A composed of 30 cases of appendicular abscess were effectively treated with 100% effective rate by endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy.None of them were transferred to surgery.Compared with conservative treatment,the days of symptom remission,hospitalization were significantly reduced in experimental group,with the statistically significant difference.Conclusion:The treatment of appendicular abscess by endoscopic retrograde appendicitis therapy is rapid,effective and more economical than conservative treatment.
