摘　　要：某新车型量产初期在进行路试检验时,批量出现行李厢异响问题。行李厢异响问题严重影响客户使用,引起客户极大抱怨,本文将从设计、品质、装配、对标等多个角度对该车型行李厢异响故障因素做出充分分析,并制定出有效措施,以解决此行李厢异响问题。At the beginning of the mass production of a new model, when the road test was carried out, the problem of abnormal luggage noise occurred in batches. Luggage abnormal sound problem seriously affects the use of customers, causing customers to complain greatly, this article will be from the design, quality, assembly, bench-marking and other angles of the luggage abnormal failure factors of the model to make a full analysis, and develop effective measures to solve the problem of abnormal sound of the trunk.
